Employee discipline is a cornerstone of accountability and essential for building high-performing, ethical, and legally sound public safety organizations. However, there is no universally accepted approach to managing discipline effectively.

This course equips police executives with the knowledge and tools to approach employee discipline thoughtfully and strategically.
