This innovative initiative seeks to provide a confidential and specialized support system specifically tailored to the unique challenges and stressors faced by police executives.

The Executive Peer Support Program is designed to offer a safe and confidential space for our Chief, Affiliate, and Retired members to discuss the complexities of their roles, share experiences, and seek guidance from peers who understand the intricacies of executive leadership in law enforcement.
