Corporate Partners, Sponsors and Exhibitors and any outside companies are prohibited from scheduling any one-on-one meetings or hosting private meals, meetings, events, etc. during any CPCA scheduled event/conference without prior approval from the CPCA. Feel free to coordinate with the CPCA team to ensure any outside gathering does not overlap with the CPCA conference/event schedule.
