This presentation will address key factors affecting pedestrian and e-bike safety, examine existing challenges, and propose potential solutions.

As we see an increase in prevalence of drugged driving cases, law enforcement continues to face challenges with investigating and prosecuting these cases.  This training will provide several case studies involving drugged driving cases, how they were investigated, prosecuted, and interpretation of their toxicological reports.

The presentation details the specific task forces and campaigns that San Joaquin County and Santa Ana PD are running to address these issues.
